Areas of Interest:
Apple Juice is my passion. It's one that's rooted deep like the roots of a tree. No other juice could hold a candle to apple juice and that's the truth.
Research Interests:

You've probably heard it said that "An apple a day keeps a doctor away.", but there's never been mention of apple juice. My research is focused mainly on discovering what about eating an apple per day keeps a doctor away and running clinical studies to show that apple juice can had the same effect.

Special Clinical Interests:

I really enjoy researching how to make the best apple juices. I will admit that a lot of this comes down to preference, but experimenting with different combinations and ratios of apples, picked at different levels of ripeness has led me to some fairly amazing combinations.

As for the clinical applications of the research, I often run studies where I put different combinations of apple juices against each other to see which has the most health benefits.
